Model Release Agreement

Release Terms

For value received, and by signing this release, I grant the Photographer (“Artist”) the full right to license and use my likeness in any format, medium, or context. This permission covers all types of usage—including advertising, marketing, promotional materials, packaging, editorial work, or artistic projects—except for unlawful or pornographic purposes.

I understand and agree that:

The content may be altered, combined with other material, or otherwise modified.
I waive any right to review or approve the final product or the way it is used.
I will not be entitled to further compensation, nor bring claims relating to its use.

My personal details will not be publicly disclosed but may be kept as needed to license or protect the use of the content. This may include sharing with licensees, assignees, or storage in other countries with different privacy laws.

I release and hold harmless the Artist, and anyone authorized by the Artist, from any claims arising from the use of the content—including defamation, invasion of privacy, or misuse. I understand the Artist cannot be held responsible for piracy or unauthorized use.

I confirm I am at least 18 years old and legally able to sign this release for myself. If the model is under 18 or lacks capacity, a parent/guardian must sign on their behalf.

Definitions:

Artist: the photographer, filmmaker, or creator capturing the content, as well as their licensees, successors, and assigns.
Consideration: the value (such as payment, services, or other benefit) received in exchange for granting these rights.
Content: photographs, video, audio, or other recordings that include my likeness, appearance, or voice.
